The Akron Municipal Court has created proposed new Local Rule 39, “Reporting to Law Enforcement and Compliance Plan,” in light of The Ohio Supreme Court’s recent amendment to Sup.R 5(F). The new rule and accompanying plan memorialize practices for reporting court actions to law enforcement agencies. Please follow this link to view the proposed new Local Rule.
