The Akron Municipal Court is without any of its three public elevators at the present time. Hearings will be limited on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 to morning arraignments only. Those with hearings scheduled in other courtrooms will be notified about rescheduling.

All individuals with a garnishment hearing or a default small claims hearing on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 will be receiving a notice in the mail about rescheduling. This only impacts those with a garnishment hearing or a default small claims hearing.

If court users have questions, they are instructed to call the Akron Municipal Court at (330) 375-2120 and leave a voicemail.
