The Akron Municipal Court hereby issues public notice that the Court proposes the following changes to the Schedule of Court Costs effective November 1, 2022:

• It is hereby adjudged and decreed by Order of the Akron Municipal Court that the Schedule of Court Costs be modified to reflect an increase in the BANKING AUTOMATION FEE from two dollars ($2.00) to three dollars ($3.00) assessed on each Criminal, Civil and Traffic Case, filed with the Akron Municipal Court.  For good cause shown, these modifications are to be effective November 1, 2022.
  
  
• It is hereby adjudged and decreed by Order of the Akron Municipal Court that the Schedule of Court Costs be modified to reflect an increase in the COMPUTERIZATION FEE FOR THE CLERK OF COURTS from four dollars ($4.00) to seven dollars ($7.00) assessed on each Criminal, Civil and Traffic Case, filed with the Akron Municipal Court.  For good cause shown, these modifications are to be effective November 1, 2022.

The Akron Municipal Court will accept public comments until October 28, 2022.
