Akron Municipal Court’s morning arraignments will be held remotely due to the extreme temperatures in the forecast for Friday, January 30, 2026 and Saturday, January 31, 2026.

Friday afternoon arraignments and hearings on the docket in all other courtrooms for Friday, January 30, 2026 will be rescheduled.

All impacted parties will be notified by court staff to arrange for a new day and time.

This measure was taken for health and safety reasons.
