The Akron Municipal Court Small Claims Division has implemented the use of a Forcible Entry and Detainer Initiation Form which is available online. 

The Forceable Entry and Detainer Initiation Form shall be completed and filed by the filing party or parties in all Forcible Entry and Detainer cases in addition to the complaint and supporting evidence.

Revivor of Dormant Judgment Motions no longer will be set for hearing unless Defendant(s) have filed an answer to the motion. The process in which revivor actions will proceed can be found on the Forms section of the Akron Municipal Court website.
