The Akron Municipal Court and the New Lawyers Section of the Akron Bar Association are working together to host an American Red Cross community blood drive on Friday, March 21, 2025 from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The blood drive will be held in the Atrium (first floor) of the Akron Municipal Courthouse which is located at 172 S. Broadway St. in Downtown Akron.

Blood donors are able to park at the Akron Bar Association, which is located at 57 S. Broadway St. in Downtown Akron, at no cost during the event. The blood drive is open to all.

According to the Red Cross, donors with all blood types are needed, especially those with type O blood.

Roughly 50 time slots are available.
